Refund policy

We want you to enjoy Uchie Relax. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

Because Uchie Relax is a consumable beverage, we can only accept returns of product that is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For food-safety reasons, opened, partially consumed, or unsealed product cannot be returned or resold, and is not eligible for return. This does not affect your rights if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see below.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@uchie.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send you the return address along with instructions.

Please request a return before shipping anything back. Packages sent to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted or refunded.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't refund a return we don't receive.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable, except where your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@uchie.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will make it right with a replacement or a partial refund, at our cost. You will not be asked to pay return shipping, and in most cases you will not need to send the product back.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened, unsealed, or partially consumed product
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, where marked

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the flavor you want is to return the unopened item under the terms above and place a new order.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. This right applies in addition to, and does not limit, the terms above.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
