Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Uchie Relax. This policy explains how and when we ship the Relax Series — our sparkling kava seltzer in Peach Mango and Yuzu Lemonade — so you know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We work hard to get your order moving quickly. Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, it travels via a major carrier such as USPS or UPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Orders over $49: Free shipping.
  • Orders under $49: A flat shipping rate applies, calculated at checkout.

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timing can vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you created an account, you can also view tracking details by logging in and viewing your order history.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control — such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak holiday volume, or other unforeseen events — may delay your delivery. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help you track down a delayed package.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages

Because the Relax Series is a consumable beverage, opened product cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're eligible for a free replacement or a refund.

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can help quickly.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, contact us and we'll help you investigate and file a carrier claim where applicable.

Subscriptions & Subscribe & Save

Subscribe & Save orders ship automatically on the cadence you choose. You're in full control: you can skip a shipment, pause, adjust your delivery frequency, or cancel anytime from your account. The same processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines described above apply to subscription orders.
